Content Submitted Or Made Available For Inclusion On LightSourceJourneys.com
By submitting an image or images to Light Source Journeys, you retain the full rights to your work and Light Source Journeys will not claim ownership for the work. When submitting your work for inclusion you do however grant Light Source Journeys a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the content for the purpose of displaying, distributing, promoting the site and representing that you own the submitted content, or that it is dually licensed to you, and is within the irrevocable rights of Light Source Journeys to publish, distribute or use the content without obtaining further permission from you or any other third party.
If you have deleted any content, Light Source Journeys will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the website, but you are acknowledging that caching or references to the content may not be immediately deleted and that content may persist on third party platforms.
By submitting content to LightSourceJourneys.com, you acknowledge that:
- Light Source Journeys does not lay claim to ownership over any photographs or images submitted to the site, and you retain all of the original rights owned before submission.
- Upon posting content to the LightSourceJourneys.com you hereby grant to Light Source Journeys a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, fully paid license (with the right to sublicense) to use, distribute, modify, reproduce, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such content in connection with the services. This license will exist for the period during which the content is posted on the LightSourceJourneys.com and will terminate automatically upon the removal of the content from the site;
- Light Source Journeys maintains the right to use your content fully or partially for promotional and educational reasons and to distribute and redistribute your content to other parties, websites, applications, and other entities. Light Source Journeys pledges to attribute your work in accordance with the credits (e.g. username, profile picture, photo title, descriptions, tags, and other accompanying information) if any and as appropriate, all as submitted to Light Source Journeys by you;
- Despite efforts to protect your works, Light Source Journeys can make no guarantee that content submitted to the LightSourceJourneys.com will not be duplicated unlawfully by others without your consent.
- Subject to the terms of the foregoing license, you retain full ownership or other rights in your content and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your content.
- Light Source Journeys retains the right to remove any images without notice for that are deemed unfit for display on this platform. These include but are not included to, pornography, violent acts and crimes being committed.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of all rights, including all copyrights to all content you submit to the site;
- You have the full and complete right to enter into this agreement and to grant to Light Source Journeys the rights in the content herein granted, and that no further permissions are required from, nor payments required to be made to any other person in connection with the use by Light Source Journeys of the content as contemplated herein; and
- The content does not defame any person and does not infringe upon the copyright, moral rights, publicity rights, privacy rights or any other right of any person, or violate any law or judicial or governmental order.
- You shall not have any right to terminate the permissions granted herein, nor to seek, obtain, or enforce any injunctive or other equitable relief against Light Source Journeys, all of which such rights are hereby expressly and irrevocably waived by you in favor of Light Source Journeys.
- If you submit a nude photograph, the model must appear to be older than 25 years of age. If the model is or appears to be under 25 years of age, a valid drivers license must accompany the submission. All nude models must be over 18 years of age.
