Photography Fundamentals for Real Estate
Learn how to use natural light and composition to make every room look its best – all while learning how to stay within MLS guidelines. This personalized coaching session teaches you everything you need to get started taking great real estate photos. Custom tailored to meet you at your level of experience, we’ll cover everything from the right gear and shooting techniques to the final edits – helping you sell your listings faster.
Your Gear, Optimized
Even if you don’t have a camera yet, you can still participate in this session. With almost 15 years of past experience selling cameras, Brian is able to help you with your existing gear, or guide you toward a smarter future purchase. If you don’t have a camera system up at the time of the session, one will be provided.
Editing Tips
Getting the images into the camera is just the beginning. For the last part of our session we will edit a few of the shots you just took using Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, the industry standards. Also included with this package is a 1-hour remote session within two weeks of your initial in-person session to see your work and help with your progress. If you don’t have Lightroom Classic and Photoshop yet, you’ll be able to use our copy during the in person session.

3.
Meet and learn on location
Four hours on site. We walk through, set up your camera, and practice in two or more rooms with live feedback.
4.
Follow-up edit
Within two weeks we meet for a one hour remote session to review your files and solidify the workflow.
If you ever want more help after our follow-up edit, you can book a Remote 1-on-1 Photography Lesson and we’ll keep working from where we left off.

- Extra on-site time $150 per hour
